The Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Policy Development and Research is convening an interactive technical assistance forum, Evaluation Peer Learning Cohort (EvalPLC), to provide states with an opportunity to explore, design, and plan for evaluation with the goal of expanding or enhancing the state’s evaluation capacity.

**The application deadline has been extended by one week - Apply below by November 8th!

The EvalPLC will provide participating State teams with focused time and support from evaluation experts as participants use EvalHub new tools, such as the Evaluation Toolkit: Key Elements for State Workforce Agencies to assess the state’s readiness, identify action steps, and plan for evaluation. The State teams will be comprised of representatives from the core WIOA programs and WIOA partners. Additionally, the EvalPLC state team participants will inform and will help shape the tools, resources, and technical assistance ETA may provide to other States and localities in the future. All States are encouraged to apply, including those with any level of experience with designing research and evaluation.

Please review the attached materials for additional details or visit the EvalPLC page. The EvalPLC will meet over the course of 5 months (virtually). Applications will now be accepted through Friday, November 8th, 2019, with selected State teams being notified in late November.
