The EvalPLC will provide participating State teams with focused time and support from evaluation experts as participants use EvalHub new tools, such as the Evaluation Toolkit: Key Elements for State Workforce Agencies to assess the state’s readiness, identify action steps, and plan for evaluation. The State teams will be comprised of representatives from the core WIOA programs and WIOA partners. Additionally, the EvalPLC state team participants will inform and will help shape the tools, resources, and technical assistance ETA may provide to other States and localities in the future. All States are encouraged to apply, including those with any level of experience with designing research and evaluation.
